MY STORY

Although my career path as a court reporter had been rewarding, after 24 years, I found myself wanting more. I love fashion! I love color! I love originality! And I love thrifting the most! Because of all those loves, I began gussying up a few of my old favorites, which turned into new favorites. I was amazed at what a little creativity &

hand-stitching skills could do. Rag rugs became a staple in my home, for the most part because of the variety of colors & textures of the fabric that's used left me dumbfounded.

When I became a mom to my Australian Shepherd, Ozzie, I began my search for a perfect collar & leash combo with uniqueness as my goal. With few favorable results, my mind went into auto mode on how to design & create the ideal collar for Ozzie. To my surprise, it was customized & perfect! I began to make dog collars for friends & family as gifts. My love for using rag rug fabric for my collars quickly turned into rag rug all kinds of stuff!
